Apartment standard: All apartments have toilet, shower, kitchen counter with two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, closet, TV sockets and broadband and Sunet connection to the University of Borås. On our website you can click on different apartments and furnishing samples to get a good understanding of space capabilities.

To rent apartments: The tenant pays rent for ten months, from September to June. July and August are rent-free. The notice period is three (3) months in all apartments. The apartment can not be hired in the alternative. The rent includes electricity, cable TV with Bornets basic tier and Sunet-connectivity of the University of Borås. The apartments have telephone sockets and broadband connection to the Internet. The building has communal areas.

Application: In order to rent apartments in Liten Lya you must be over 18 years and be free from payment defaults. Apply via our website, by e-mail: ansok@litenlya.nu. Here you can register your interest in the place you will find interesting. Once you submit your application you will receive an acknowledgment. Within a few days we will notify you by phone or e-mail on the searched space is available, proposals for another apartment or if it is fully occupied and time for ev. view. We take a credit check on all persons seeking housing in Liten Lya.

Contract: When you accept an offer of place, we take a credit check and then send the lease agreement and details to the address you entered. If you do not have an income of your own, a guarantor is required to sign the lease. A credit check will also be made on the guarantor.

Moving: When moving, you get general information about the property such as storage of bicycles, phone number in case of failure, etc., and rental terms.

Smoking is prohibited in the building. Pets are not allowed in the building due to allergy risk.
